How Do I Get Upneeq?

You can be prescribed Upneeq® through dermatologists, aesthetics practices, medical spas, and all types of eye care professionals. Upneeq® is available for purchase directly at medical providers offices or through RVL Pharmacy.

How Do I Apply Upneeq?

Apply Upneeq to your affected eye(s) in 2 easy steps

Step 1: Cut open foil wrapper and remove single-use vial

Step 2: Apply one drop of Upneeq in each affected eye as directed, once a day

  • Do not let the tip of the vial touch your eye or any other surface
  • Vials should not be re-used after opening and should be thrown away after applying drop(s)
  • If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying Upneeq eyedrops
    • You may put them back in 15 minutes after applying Upneeq
  • If more than one topical ophthalmic drug is being used, the drugs should be administered at least 15 minutes between applications

Upneeq should only be used as directed

  • Upneeq is designed to only be applied as an eyedrop
  • Each vial contains enough Upneeq solution to allow for one drop in each affected eye
  • The solution should never be swallowed or ingested in any other way
  • Storage requirements: Upneeq should be stored at 68°F-77°F (20°C-25°C) and should be protected from excessive heat
  • Keep out of reach of children

What happens after my doctor writes me a prescription for Upneeq? '

Once your eye doctor sends your prescription to RVL Pharmacy, you will receive a phone call from RVL Pharmacy Call Center 844-RVL-EYES(844-785-3937). And don't worry if you miss our call; just call us back at 844-RVL-EYES(844-785-3937).

RVL Pharmacy will verify your information and process your credit card payment with you over the phone. Once your payment is processed, your Upneeq prescription will be shipped directly to your preferred address.

How long does it take for my prescription to arrive?

You should receive your prescription for Upneeq within 2 to 4 days after payment.

Does RVL Pharmacy accept insurance?

RVL Pharmacy does not accept payments from insurance providers. Upneeq is available directly to patients through a fully transparent pricing model outside of the insurance process.

Does my insurance pay for an Upneeq prescription?

RVL Pharmacy does not accept payments from insurance providers. Upneeq is priced transparently and consistently for all patients.

Can I track my Upneeq prescription once it's shipped?

Yes. You will be sent a tracking number when Upneeq has shipped from RVL Pharmacy or KnippeRx. If you have any questions, call 844-RVL EYES (844-785-3937).
